Description
ZDF series Horizontal Ring Section Self-Balancing Multistage
Centrifugal Stainless Steel Water Pump is designed to remove the
mechanical balance drum, balance disc, balance socket and similar
part, but achieve the balancing function by reverse circulation
water pipe.
It is designed to transfer the corrosive liquid like acid liquid,
sea water, mining water with corrosiveness , and the pump can
handling clean water, hot water, boiler feed water, corrosive
liquids, oils, and abrasive medium by use different materials of
construction, proper seal type, and external seal flushing plans.
The pump is widely used in salt mining, sea water desalination application, sea water boosting & long distance
transferring. The corrosive-resistant parts ensured the working
life & reliability of the pump set. Especially for Reverse Osmosis
(RO) plants. In addition to the key pumps for the inlet and
high-pressure pass, we also offer auxiliary pumps for water
transport and as flushing pumps for backwashing, and energy
recovery. Depending on level of salinity and on temperature, pumps
are available starting from gray cast iron to Duplex and Super
Duplex steel. ANDRITZ centrifugal pumps fulfill highest customer

resist extreme vibrations and shocks. A bypass water reverse pipe
system reduces axial force rised by impellers.
Easy maintenance
Drive side bearing, mechanical seal and balancing drum sub-assembly
are all easily accessible without removing pump from the piping
system, and use common parts across the range to simplify spare
parts arrangement.
